Titus 2:3-4 - "Likewise,, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live...but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husband, so that no one will malign the Word of God."
Mentoring Moms
We are a group of moms that meet together who have a desire to grow in godliness in our role as a mom.
We meet on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the church building.
Our evening is an informal time divided into three sections:
- We have a time of asking questions about any parenting issues.
- We have a parenting topic or a chapter from a book that we discuss.
- We spend some time sharing needs and praying for one another.
We would love for you to come and grow with us in our journey through Motherhood.
Busy Hands for Missions (Formerly Quilting Bee)
The ladies of our church are busy the second Tuesday of each month doing service projects for our missionaries and mission groups.
We have been focusing on making quilts from large amounts of fabrics that have been donated. We also fill "ditty bags" for Youth Haven Ranch and make prizes for Child Evangelism Fellowship.
All ladies from the church are invited - if you do not sew we have much more to be done. All hands will be busy!
